Weekly Services
There are two church services which meet every the week.
Wednesday 10:30 am-11:30 am
Each Wednesday we gather in the church with those who are available mid-week for a time of prayer, worship and teaching.
The service begins with an opportunity to catch up with friends over a cup of coffee or tea (and sometimes biscuits too). After which we gather to encourage one another through prayer, worship and teaching.
No two Wednesday services are the same, and we regularly have guest speakers join us. The service is very informal, and participation is encouraged.
Sunday 10:30 am-12:00 pm
This is our all-age family service, and it is open to anyone and everyone who would like to attend. There is no dress code, and we want you to feel relaxed so just come in whatever makes you comfortable.
You will be greeted at the door by one of our friendly welcome team, and you are free to sit anywhere in the auditorium, even the front row if you like!
The service usually begins with a time of sung worship with lively and contemporary songs, we are very blessed with a talented all-age group of musicians.
The children and youth remain in the main meeting for 30 - 40 minutes before they leave to enjoy their own age-relevant teaching. All of our children’s and youth workers are DBS checked and trained in Safeguarding.
We encourage parents and children to join in with the first part of the service and don’t mind if the kids get loud! We are a family-friendly church.
There is a sound-proof crèche area where parents with young children can go during the sermon should they wish. The service is relayed into this room so that you won’t miss out.
Pastor Steve teaches regularly on the biblical foundation for contemporary Christian living and we are also blessed with many gifted and able speakers that supplement our teaching ministry.
Following the worship service, refreshments are available to all with time to catch up with the wider church family.
We would love you to come and join us!
If you have any questions about our Sunday Services or need to get in touch with us about any other enquiry we will be happy to help.

Parking
Parking can sometimes be limited on a Sunday so it helps to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. There is some parking available on site (two small car parks on Bamford Street, and a slightly larger car park on Neville Street) and many park their cars at the entrance to Abbotsgate estate (see map at below).
