Pastor Steve Jonathan   Pastor Dan Brockway
Steve and Julie are both originally from South Wales. They have three grown up children, David, Siân (married to Dan) and Andrew and two wonderful grandkids. Steve worked in local government until 1984 when he entered full-time Christian ministry, first training at Elim Bible College and then serving in a large city centre church in Cardiff before starting a church on a new housing estate on the outskirts of the city. Steve and Julie moved to Tamworth in 1992. Julie serves in a number of church ministries, especially focused on children and music, and occasionally works as a primary supply teacher. Steve also holds a doctorate in theology with the University of Wales, Bangor, and enjoys playing squash in his spare time. Both Steve and Julie have a passion for rugby and adore it when Wales beat the old enemy!   Dan is married to Siân and together they have two children Amélie and Elijah. After a brief stint in Burger King Dan spent a number of years as a full time youth worker at Tamworth Elim before moving into behavioural and pastoral work in schools and social services. In 2014 Dan was invited onto the church leadership team and in 2015 began work as the assistant pastor. Now an associate Dan has particular focus on the youth and young adults in the church and is passionate about teaching the bible. Siân works full time as a secondary school teacher, specialising in RE, Philosophy and Ethics.Together Dan and Siân run a Lifegroup in their home each week. In their spare time they enjoy days out with the kids and socialising with friends over a good board game.

She has a  degree in theology from Regents Theological collage and in her "spare time" serves as a school governor.   Fiona is married to Alan and they have a little boy called Edward. Fiona works in Higher Education and Alan is a History teacher in a secondary school. Alan and Fiona came to Tamworth, just in time for Edward to arrive and a few years later, it was his delight with the guitars and drums at Elim, that cemented their church family decision. Fiona is involved with children's ministry and mission, while Alan is an Reboot leader. They lead a Lifegroup in their home on a weekly basis.
